                                  and community worker to understand the causes and  types of trauma,    

                                  attachment, and aggression issues that affect social relationships on all levels so 

                                  as to implement healing and restorative practice.

Accreditation Standards:

 

        Agency training focused for new staff orientation as well as ongoing education and development for

        senior staff, which is based upon regulatory/accreditation requirements to support competency based  

        performance at all levels of the organization.  CEUs and college credit  offered (undergraduate, graduate 

        and special education) on selected trainings.
